Until reading this ebook, my knowledge of the whole mystery shopping industry was limited to reading the websites of the many agencies that have established themselves online. Just because the agency is “big enough” to have a website is no guarantee of being a sound business however – roughly 30% of those websites become dormant within a year of me discovering them.
With this ebook, there is sufficient information to evaluate how to perform mystery shopping and secret reviewing of business services for the reader to establish themselves, full or part time, in the trade, bypassing the need to sign-up with many different agencies. It’s still a good idea to sign up with the established agencies though – afterall, they’re your salesforce to get you contracts that allow you to build a resume of satisfied clients, and to provide you with ongoing contracts when your own marketing is returning slow results.
