SE Asia Sellers offered 50% off Highlight feature all month

eBay SE Asia have promulgated an offer for eBay PowerSellers residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan or Korea that provides for the Highlight listing enhancement at half price until the end of the month for all listings placed onto the US site (eBay.com).
The offer applies to any listing that adopts the Highlight feature during the period May 1 2009 00:00:01 and May 31 2009 23:59:59 (Singapore time) and states that qualifying listings will immediately enjoy 50% discount. The discount will be reflected in eBay billing accounts and can be checked it any time under “My eBay”.
This offer is a straight forward “use it at reduced price” offer, with no strings attached (such as being required to build P&P into the product price and offer non-free shipping). The simplicity of this offer is what eBay Cheap Listing promotions were once famous for.
The Highlight feature normally costs $5.00 for listings up to 10 days duration, and $10.00 for 30 day durations.
Highlight is not a feature that suits my products (due to feature cost against item value) and I have therefore never used it. This offer does nothing to change that, but it will prove useful for some sellers.
