1-day eBay France Freebie Today – Movies & Console Games

eBay.fr announced a Free Listing Day, for today 2 December, very late last night.

Auction and BIN insertion fees are free for the DVD Movies and Console Games categories (only those, no other categories). We’ve translated the announcement, and terms & conditions, to English in our BuildaSkill forums’ Cheap Listing Days board (forum login & minimum posts count needed) for the benefit of members wanting all the info quickly.

Remember France uses the Euro, and pricing uses a comma between the euros and cents, not the regular period used by English speaking countries. The announcement terms and conditions page shows the free insertion is available for all price tranches, and makes no mention of it being only for French-registered sellers.

It’s a late announcement, and obviously an attempt to recover some listings and traffic from Amazon, but a welcome fee break nevertheless, if your inventory fits the categories, give it a whirl.
