eBay India Community Court goes live this week

In a brief announcement last week, the eBay.in staff thanked all those who had registered for jury service, and stated that the system was ready to roll this week. t will be interesting to watch and see if it is more successful and better received (and implemented) than the Resolution Centre and five modifications per thousand sales that sellers in other countries have been offered.
The prime challenge to the Community Court is likely to be an overload of cases awaiting adjudication, leading to a slow down in case determination, with sellers then kicking up a fuss that their feedback and selling privileges are under duress.
